Introducing a suite of tools that enhance the functionality of the Xtime platform, now available on your mobile device:

• Customer Messaging: This feature enables dealership staff to promptly respond to customer inquiries, streamlining interactions and improving customer satisfaction.
• DealerChat: Facilitating seamless communication with internal employees, DealerChat expedites workflow, ensuring work in progress continues without delays.
• Mobile Inspect: Technicians can now perform multipoint inspections from any location with ease. With the ability to capture photos, videos, and audio clips of inspected vehicles, technicians can attach them to recommended services. The app also provides access to comprehensive vehicle history for every inspection conducted.
• Push Notifications: Users will receive real-time push notifications on their mobile devices whenever Xtime alerts are triggered. This includes events such as new customer messages or new RO (Repair Order) assignments.

The Xtime Mobile App can be downloaded for free; however, please note that a monthly subscription and signed license agreement are required for access. In the event that you log into the app and do not see any data, we kindly recommend verifying with your management team whether you have an active license agreement.
